Out of all the farm simulation games that are present on the market, this game is the simplest one to get started with. It is a pleasant and calming game that is extremely beginner-friendly. Players play as a young girl who has lost her memories in a battle that destroyed her town. In the game, players will try to rebuild the town and revive the population while also uncovering memories. The graphics of the game may feel a little outdated but it is still without a doubt one of the best farming sims of all time.
Garden Story
Garden Story was developed by Picogram and published by Rose City Games in 2021 for PC and Switch. Garden Story is a farming simulator that also has a combat-based gameplay making it an action RPG. In the game, players are tasked to protect their gardens against invasive rot and infections. While also gathering resources and restoring the community in a typical fashion of the genre.
The game is also unique in the sense that it has a weather and day system where each day brings new tasks. These tasks must be completed to progress through the game. The game also has a unique and cute animation style along with an immersive soundtrack. This game also features boss fights which just adds to the adventure and action aspect of the game.
