Teamfight Tactics Set 16: Modify Your Board to Success With Piltover

Piltover is one of the best Support traits in Teamfight Tactics Set 16. The trait grants modules to your team that help in combat. The first module you get in each game will support your entire team. The two subsequent modules, for playing more Piltover units, only apply to the Piltover units themselves. Because the first module applies to your team, Teamfight Tactics’ players often splash in Piltover to cap their boards.

Teamfight Tactics Set 16: Piltover Units

Piltover has six units, of which two have unlock conditions:

  • Caitlyn – 1 cost
    • Longshot
  • Vi – 2 cost
    • Zaun
    • Defender
  • Orianna – 2 cost
    • Invoker
    • Field three unique Piltover units in combat.
  • Loris – 3 cost
    • Warden
  • Seraphine – 4 cost
    • Disruptor
  • T-Hex – 5 cost
    • HexMech (allows units to pilot the mech and grants it stats based on the unit’s role)
    • Gunsligner
    • Requires nine unique star levels of Piltover

Teamfight Tactics Piltover Modules

Piltover has three thresholds. At each breakpoint, Teamfight Tactics’ players gain an additional module selection. For every selection, you are offered three modules from the pool. Once you select a module, it applies to your board. You must keep Piltover at the various thresholds to maintain the modules. The first set of modules will always support your team. The next two apply to Piltover units (including units with the Piltover emblem). All module effects trigger after eight seconds of combat. Numbers may vary based on the Teamfight Tactics Set 16 patch.

90 Caliber Nets – Tier 1 Module

Stun the three enemies who have dealt the most damage for two seconds.

Blast Shield – Tier 1 Module

All allies gain a 20% max Health Shield.

Continium Cogs – Tier 1 Module

All Allies gain 2 Mana Regen and 12 Ability Power

Electrical Overload – Tier 1 Module

Deal 100+10% max Health as true damage to all enemies.

E.M.P – Tier 1 Module

Increase the Mana cost of all enemies’ next cast by 25.

Overlocked Capacitors – Tier 1 Module

Grant your team 22% Attack Speed.

Tuned Oscillator – Tier 1 Module

Increase your team’s Healing and Shielding by 25%.

Acceleration Gate – Tier 2 Module

After casting, Piltover units restore 35% of their max Mana over two seconds.

Gigantification Ray – Tier 2 Module

Piltover units gain 23% max Health and become 30% larger.

Kinetic Barrier – Tier 2 Module

Piltover units gain 60 Armor and 20 Magic Resist. If they have taken more magic damage than physical, gain the opposite.

Magnetron Coil – Tier 2 Module

Piltover Units gain 18% Damage Amp, increased by 1% for each cast from any Piltover unit this combat.

Micro Rockets – Tier 2 Module

Fire a barrage of 16 missiles that repeats 66% of the damage dealt by Piltover units this combat as magic damage.

Armor Nullifier – Tier 3 Module

Piltover units deal 25% more damage, increased to 35% against Tanks.

Echo Engine – Tier 3 Module

For the rest of the combat, repeat the effect of your other Modules every eight seconds.

Mining Drill – Tier 3 Module

Gain one Gold or one Boot randomly. (Repeats for every Piltover cast!) 90% Gold chance.

Superior Lifeform – Tier 3 Module

Summon a robot copy of your two strongest Piltover units. They have 40% of the original’s health and deal 50% as much damage.

Upgrade! – Tier 3 Module

Upgrade a random item on your strongest Piltover unit to Radiant. They also gain 15% Attack Speed and 300 max health.
