Black Ops 7 Zombies Might Get An Alpha Omega Nuketown Remake
Black Ops 7 Zombies opened with its first Zombies map, Ashes of the Damned, with one of the longest easter egg quests the series has seen in a long time. As per Call of Duty fashion, there will be an update adding content to both multiplayer and Zombies, and rumors suggest Treyarch will add an Alpha Omega Nuketown Remake in a future update to Black Ops 7. Here’s all you ned to know about the rumors.
Black Ops 7 Zombies Might Add An Alpha Omega Nuketown Remake
For context, Alpha Omega is an expanded version of Nuketown Zombies from Black Ops 2, which featured additional points of interest from Blackout, the battle royale mode. It’s not new for the series to reuse past maps in newer games. Ashes of the Damned takes place in the famous Tranzit, reimagined for Black Ops 7 Zombies. And even before Black Ops 7 Zombies launched, these rumors had circulated on social media for a while.
According to an X post on leaker TheGhostofHope’s social media account, multiple sources have confirmed that Black Ops 7 Zombies will be remaking Alpha Omega Nuketown in a future update for the game. How true this is, we don’t know; however, it wouldn’t come as a surprise, given that this rumor has been circulating on the internet since before the game officially launched.
What we can expect is that this should be a pretty huge update if the rumors are true. It’s been six years since we’ve seen Nuketown reimagined in COD Zombies, and I’m curious to see how it’ll turn out. Here’s the full post from X:
