Lady Loki is the Latest Character to Join the Marvel Rivals Roster Coming January 2026

Marvel Rivals is kicking off the new year by introducing Lady Loki as the newest character to join the dozens of Marvel characters already available in the game. Lady Loki will be a new skin for Loki, a female version of the titular character, and is scheduled to drop later this week at the in-game shop. Here’s what we know about the new Loki skin.

Gender Fluidity of Loki

The character Loki, especially in the Marvel universe, is known for his magically fluid nature, being able to shape-shift and conjure images, effectively tricking others with his magic. In Marvel Rivals, his powers go much deeper. As a Support Strategist, Loki uses Mystical Missiles, creates Doppelganger clones that mimic attacks, turns invisible with Deception, uses Regeneration Domain runes for AoE healing, and can even swap positions with his clones.

Loki’s own MCU TV series introduced its own variant of Loki, with Sylvie, though Sylvie has her own unique look and style. And though Sylvie is a popular portrayal of a female Loki, Marvel Rivals opted for a more classic look with their version of Lady Loki.

Introducing Marvel Rivals Lady Loki

Marvel Rivals has created one of the most transformative skins of its characters with Lady Loki. As I said, NetEase has opted for a more classic female Loki look, depicted as a woman with long black hair and a green and black suit. This skin is purely cosmetic; however, Lady Loki is definitely a fan favorite when it comes to skins.

As the first new skin to ring in the new year, this definitely raises the question of other potential character variants that could be included as cosmetic overhauls, though nothing else is confirmed to be released, and we know how hush-hush Marvel is about information. Lady Loki will only be available from January 2 to January 30, so make sure to grab her while you can.
