Another option is to use her Amiibo card at the Nookstop terminal in Resident Services, allowing you to directly invite her to the campsite. Keep in mind that the Amiibo method requires several days of effort as campers invited this way will not immediately request to move onto your island.
If those methods bite off more than you can chew, a Mystery Island Tour is another option. Mystery Island Tours can be initiated at the airport and require Nook Miles Tickets. The odds of finding her will be low as villagers found on tours are randomized. You may burn through your stash of tickets before potentially finding Nibbles. If you wish to elide all of these random methods, the most direct way to acquire her is through another player via New Horizons’s online capabilities. Villagers often desire to move and sail to new islands and communities. When a villager is “in boxes”—that is, ready to move—another player can visit them and request they relocate to their island.
