It’s the time of year for Xbox lovers to experience their dreams coming true in Black Friday sales. Once we are done eating a Thanksgiving meal, it’s Black Friday, which traditionally marks the start of the Christmas shopping season. It’s also the busiest shopping day of the year in the United States, so planning ahead is essential. These deals offered can’t be beaten, and the opportunity to use the Xbox hard disk drive, online gaming network, ecosystem, and next-generation capabilities. Here is the best part: some of these deals are being offered now. If you are looking for Xbox consoles, controllers, expansion cards, games, or Xbox gadgets, this is the site for you.
Black Friday Brings Xbox To You
Some of the best offers for the Xbox will be available in the upcoming days, from the accessories we review and recommend to newly released games and excellent bundle offers on consoles and subscriptions. However, you can usually see some of the best Xbox Series X deals and the lowest Xbox Series S prices during big sales, so staying current is essential. If consoles are what your heart longs for, here are some options. The Xbox Series S is on sale for $249.99 at Best Buy. This is an excellent option if you want an affordable console for playing without disc physical games.
Walmart Is Contributing
Another option is the Xbox Series S Gilded Hunter bundle that Walmart offers for $299. In this Walmart deal, you get some added-on free content with games like Fall Guys, Rocket League, and Fortnite. This bundle can be more challenging to find but is perfect for anyone who spends time on those free-to-play games and wants the additional skins to change up the character’s looks. The Xbox Series S 1 TB in Robot White is also available at Walmart for $339. Both of these deals are great if you care to brave the Black Friday mash-up or strive to click the purchase button precisely on time if you are planning online shopping.
It’s Good To Play Together
You can also save $110 if you are looking for the Xbox Series X Digital Edition; this deal offers an Extra Controller if you are a co-op player. It’s also going on sale at Walmart and is selling for $489. If you were to get the Xbox Core controller, it is priced at $59.99, and if you were to get the brand-new digital edition of the Series X, it would cost $448. So, going with this bundle, you would save a reasonable $18. That may not seem like a lot, but remember, this version of the Series X only launched last month, and every penny counts.
Similarly, the 2TB Special Edition Xbox Series X is newly available and on sale at Best Buy for $599. Not only is this console’s design more flourishing, but the controller has the same visual flair to match. Again, this isn’t a Black Friday deal, but you do save money compared to buying one of the official expansion cards at the same time as a regular console.
Amazon Is Doing Its Part
If you got the console and need another controller and something pink, check out what’s available on Amazon. The Deep Pink Core Controller + Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K + 1 Month Game Pass Ultimate bundle goes from $141.97 to $79.99. Did you know you didn’t actually need an Xbox console to play Xbox games nowadays? With Xbox Game Pass, Cloud Streaming now works on Amazon Fire TV Sticks, which means this bundle could save you $225 compared to buying a Series S. Of course, you’ll need good internet, but it’s an option if you want a smaller investment. This is a great option if you want some games without having a computer or television ready to go and don’t want to get a gaming console.
You can also save $15 on a Game Pass Ultimate 3-Month Voucher, marked down from $42.89 to $27.99. If you haven’t yet dived into Game Pass Ultimate for PC, Xbox, and Cloud streaming devices, CDKeys has the offer for you right now. This Voucher will work for existing or new subscribers.
Game Time
Moving on to some of the most popular games, starting off with Tekken. Tekken 8 is on sale on the Xbox site, where you can find it for $34.99. You’re missing out if you haven’t played the latest Tekken installment. It is undoubtedly one of the best fighting games of the year. If that isn’t quite what you are looking for, then you are welcome to dig into the lore of the Mishima clan, whose design elements make this game more approachable than ever. Also on the Xbox site is Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 for $32.49. Ninja Theory’s long-awaited sequel is available on Game Pass, so there’s no need to take this deal on if you’re a paying subscriber. If not, however, this is one of the best games of the year, and it’s also at a great price.
On The Field
If sports are what you need, then you’re in luck with EA Sports FC 25, also on the Xbox site for $34.99. One of the best-selling franchises in gaming history is set at a low, low price here, rocking a 50% off saving that will get you on the pitch quicker. The next is the Deluxe Edition for Alan Wake 2, which is $39.99, also on the Xbox site. You can save $40 on Alan Wake 2’s Deluxe Edition and get access to both DLC expansions for the game. That is a great offer, considering the most recent expiration only dropped in the last month, and it gives you the next chapter in the story. Beyond anything, this is one of last year’s best video games. A Way Out is only $4.49 on the Xbox site. You can save $25. If you enjoy 2-player co-op games, A Way Out is a have-to-play. This was the precursor to 2021’s It Takes Two and has many of the same concepts.
Be An Outlaw In Space
From a Galaxy Far, Far Away, Star Wars Outlaws Limited Edition is $39.99 on Amazon. You can save $30 and learn what it’s like to fly across the galaxy with intergalactic scum. This is just shy of the lowest price we’ve seen Star Wars Outlaws drop. Given that it only came out this year, this is a fantastic saving on the price tag for the Limited Edition, which will get you some extra character cosmetic goodies for the main character and her companion.
If you need a controller for a friend, then Best Buy has what you need with the Robot White Xbox Series X/S controller. If you wish to go this route, you can save $20. It’s on sale for only $39.99. This is a fantastic saving if you’re looking to get your hands on a new controller for less. If you’re not looking for extra bells and whistles and just need an additional controller, this is the way to go.
Next Generation Controller
If you need every bit of edge in playing, there is the PDP Victrix Pro BFG for Xbox, which is available at Amazon for $159.99. This favorite Xbox controller with a gamepad for any platform is currently discounted for the first time. The PS5 version of this controller may have been out for longer and is seeing even lower prices, but this model has only launched this year, and it’s worth grabbing if you need to stay a little sharper than the competition.
Then there is the Xbox Elite Series 2, which costs $129.99 and $106.99 at Walmart. This is a little cheaper route to go over the Elite Series 2, but it does give you the same gamepad without its attached components. If you aren’t bothered by back buttons and thumbstick swappers and can live with the different battery life, this is a nearly-$40 difference. Getting the full-fat Elite Series 2 for under $150 is a steal. The Xbox Elite Series 2 is $140 at Walmart, and even though the price of this legendary gamepad has been coming down in the last year as it gets older, it’s still worth buying if that’s what you need. Also remember, you’ll get the component pack for it in this deal as well.
Lowest Price Ever
You can save big on the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5P, which is also on Amazon and is currently priced at $99.99. This headset is also at its lowest-ever price as it has been marked down from $149.99. This headset has handy features and great SteelSeries sound quality, and it’s worth recommending. Another $20 savings is on the Razer Kishi Ultra, which is $129.99 on Amazon. The Razer Kishi is the perfect mobile controller for people who wish to play on the go, and this is the first time on sale.
It’s In The Brain
If you need memory to play, the WD Black C50 1TB is on sale for $99. Finding the full-price WD expansion card is getting harder these days, but that’s not bad. This is your only other option if you want a cheaper and arguably better version of the Seagate expansion card. Its lowest-ever price is $119.99, so having the opportunity to get it and save $20 isn’t bad. The PowerA’s Advantage controller with Lumectra is $34.99 on Amazon, and it is one of the best-looking gamepads on the market. At this price, you get $5 off its lowest-ever price.
Timing Is Everything
You have probably seen offers branded as Black Friday Xbox deals landing as early as October. However, it can pay to wait until at least the start of Thanksgiving before pulling the trigger on some sales. That’s when we start to see retailers offering larger discounts, with the truly blockbuster offers landing on Black Friday itself.
It’s worth noting that they probably won’t be able to keep the sales items in stock for long, and there’s no guarantee that a lower price will be available when they start to run out. If you don’t want to fight for it, we’d recommend picking up a good price any time you find it. Once you’ve found your perfect price, it’s worth keeping a close eye on the rest of the weekend’s offers as things change. Retailers sometimes discount specific colorways or games even further over Cyber Monday if you need to change your timing.
If you’ve already got a handful of products on your shopping list, it’s time to start tracking their prices and purchasing. We recommend keeping a close eye on the accessories or games you’re looking for over the next couple of months and noting any significant price drops or availability. Not only will you know what a good deal looks like, but some products may, in fact, see record-low prices that are worth grabbing before Black Friday deals even be
