The Set Revivals in Teamfight Tactics have always created hype for all the players. Two Days Ago, the Developers announced the return of Set 10, Remix Rumble, the world-accepted best Set in Teamfight Tactics History. The Remix Rumble Set has 60 total units. Ranging from one cost like Annie, Corki, and Evelynn to the musically talented five costs, Illaoi, Kayn, and Jhin. The Set uses two predominant mechanics. One impacts gameplay, while the other affects your ears. All units can appear as Headliners in Set 10. Those who played during Set 4, Set 4.5, or the recent revival set will understand how the Headliner mechanic works.

Headliners appear in your shop as two-star versions of a unit and give double the displayed trait. Each unit will also have a Headliner bonus that can give them extra stats or improve their ability. The Headliner unit will cost the same as if you made a two-star version of that unit.

One example to explain how the system functions. Say there is a Headliner Vi in your shop. She has the Mosher trait highlighted. Upon purchasing this Vi and placing her on your board, she will be two-star and add two stacks to the Mosher Trait. Your Vi will also have an extra 150 Health and 10 AD, thanks to her Headliner bonus. Vi is a three-cost champion, so purchasing her as a Headliner costs nine gold.

Headliners will appear in every shop if you do not have one on your board or bench. If you own a Headliner, they will appear in every third shop instead. When you purchase a Headliner, you can not buy another one until you sell your current Headliner. Lastly, a ‘bad luck protection system’ ensures you do not see the same Headliner trait on every reroll. For example, if you see the Mosher Trait Headliner, you will not see a unit with that Headliner trait for four shops.

If you are specifically looking for a Headliner trait like Headliner Country Samira and you get Headliner Country Katarina, buy and sell the Katarina to allow for the Country trait to appear in your next shop.

The other mechanic is that in every game, the music played on a player’s board differs based on the compositions players play. The more units you have of a specific trait in your composition, the more pronounced the music for that trait will be. If you have multiple traits on your board, the music will become a mixture of them, so get your creative juices flowing and create the best musical compositions!

Set 10 Remix Rumble Additional Mechanics

Remix Rumble is the first Set Revival with Augments included, so seeing them in the Set is not foreign. However, they teased additional Augments in the Dev Video. These augmentations will almost definitely apply to specific Traits. All matches will begin with an encounter, similar to the encounters in Set 14, Cyber City. Unfortunately, or fortunately, if you are a fan of Hacks, the Set 14 Cyber City Mechanic: Hacks made its way into the Set Revival, so a handful of them will alter your matches.
