LCK 2025: Week 11 Day Three KT Rollercoaster In Full Force

After GenG’s streak ended last week, they were back for revenge. For most of both games, it seemed like KT would turn their winstreak into a loss streak, but the rollercoaster returned. GenG’s clutch factor proved too much for KT as they remain in first place. DK had their best game performance against the weakest LCK team, meaning the concerns surrounding the roster remain.

Summary

The KT roller coaster was in effect for this series. KT stormed to leads in both games, but the spot-on team fighting from GenG eventually broke them apart. PerfecT was the carry in game one, using the space provided by GenG’s focus on deokdam. Duro found the engagement angle to win one fight and close game one. Deokdam on Ziggs became a menace in the middle parts of the second game. However, PerfecT struggled on Yorick, affording too much space for GenG, and one team fight saw GenG balloon the advantage. While it did not end straight away like game one, the series was all but over with two fights for GenG in each game,

Summary

DK’s performance in game one was the cleanest so far for them since the LCK’s return. They methodically dismantled DNF to go one game up in the series. They stormed to a lead in the second game, off the back of Lucid’s Zed. However, the shaky DK returned, with them giving over random kills and allowing DNF back into the game. Ultimately, it did not matter after Lucid stole Baron, and DNF’s struggles to play the late game emerged. DK won the series 2-0, but concerns linger until they continue this performance against the rest of the Rise group. Showmaker has impressed lately, improving on his poor Spring performances to lead DK to series victories.
