LCK 2025: BFX Aims For Success Against NS

After two days of tense LCK action, one series victory separates Nongshim and FearX from advancing to the Playoffs. Both teams won their series with a 3-2 victory over their opponents. NS is playing to prove that they deserve to be considered a Legend group team, while BFX aims to make the rest of the Rise Group proud by defeating NS.

LCK 2025: Nongshim Versus FearX Start Times

NS takes on BFX at 1:00 AM PT (10:00 AM CET) as the final weekday match of the Play-Ins Weekend. The Legend Group will fight against the Rise Group for a Playoff qualification.

Nongshim Versus FearX Recent Match History and Head-to-Head

NS has battled against BFX three times this year. One during the LCK Cup and twice in Rounds 1-2 of the regular season. On all three occasions, NS emerged victorious, with BFX winning one game in the recent meeting between the two teams.

NS snapped their 14-series loss streak with their victory over BRO in the first round of the Play-Ins. BFX, on the other hand, has won three series in a row after defeating DK 3-2.

Can NS handle the Unrelenting Pressure of BFX?

Few teams in the LCK are more aggressive than BFX. They rarely take their foot off the pedal once they garner a lead in a game. Most teams in the Legend group, save for T1, can match that aggression. Even in that regard, T1’s aggression is more tempered than BFX’s. NS will need to weather the storm and not get sucked into the Rise Group’s attitude of fighting for every inch. If NS can gain control over the Rise Group team, they will have every chance to dominate the series.

Can BFX Target NS’s Weak Drafting?

While NS’s losses in games three and four against BRO were not purely down to draft, it definitely had an impact. BFX managed to outdraft DK on numerous occasions during their series. They will need every advantage they can get against NS, and starting in the draft is vital. Especially given Lehends’ tendency to play champions like Taric, Elise, and Shen.

Nongshim Versus FearX Prediction

NS 3-2 BFX

If both teams’ recent series are anything to go by, this will likely go the distance. NS might start the series strong, but watch out for draft mistakes that cause them issues as we near the end of the series. BFX has shown they have tricks up their sleeves in the draft, which NS needs to be ready for. If NS drafts Elise for Lehends again, we may see another one-sided defeat for NS.

Playoff Qualification On the Line

The winner of the series between NS and BFX will advance to the Playoff Stage of the LCK. They will face either T1 or KT Rolster, depending on T1’s selection. The loser will have one more chance to advance on Sunday, taking on the winner of BRION and Dplus.
