Hundred Heroes looks to be another fantastic game created by Yoshitaka Murayama, who recently passed away. Murayama created the beloved Suikoden series and will now be remembered for his highly anticipated JRPG Hundred Heroes as well.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes introduces us to the world of Allraan, a place where players will meet over 100 characters and work to uncover the truth behind this diverse world. Below is a tale that describes the events that took place to set this masterpiece into motion.
“Our story begins in one corner of Allraan, a tapestry of nations with diverse cultures and values. By dint of sword, and by way of magical objects known as “rune-lenses,” the land’s history has been shaped by the alliances and aggressions of the humans, beastmen, elves, and desert people who live there. The Galdean Empire has edged out other nations and discovered a technology that amplifies the rune-lenses’ magic.
Now, the Empire is scouring the continent for an artifact that will expand their power even further. It is on one such expedition that Seign Kesling, a young and gifted imperial officer, and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet each other and become friends. However, a twist of fate will soon drag them into the fires of war, and force them both to reexamine everything they believe to be right and true,” as said by Rabbit & Bear Studios.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Release Date
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is set to release on April 23 on Switch, PC, Xbox series X, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4. Many patient fans have been waiting for this game RPG since 2020, when it was first announced on Kickstarter. Even though the game has been in a long development, Rabbit & Bear Studios gave us Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising as a sample back in 2022.

It is a cozy and somewhat repetitive game, but it will still satisfy your urge for adventure! Released in 2022, Rising was Bear & Rabbit’s response to the player’s eagerness to play Hundred Heroes because of the long delays.
In Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, players take on the role of CJ, a simple scavenger set on rebuilding the town of New Neveah. CJ learns that an earthquake struck New Neveah, leaving the town in ruins. The player will face challenges throughout the game, all while collecting treasures and exploring the landscape. It is a highly recommended game for those interested in Hundred Heroes!
