Teamfight Tactics: How to Unlock All Forty Unlockable Champions in Set 16

The Teamfight Tactics Set 16 Mechanic is Champion Unlocks. Thanks to the feature, there are one hundred champions in the Lore & Legends Teamfight Tactics set. Forty of the champions are unlockable through completing objectives. If you place in the top four with each of them, you will gain further rewards. Below is a list of all the unlockable champions and how to access them in Set 16 for Teamfight Tactics.

Teamfight Tactics Set 16 Unlockable Champions

All information on champion unlocks is courtesy of MetaTFT and Riot Mortdog. There are no unlockable one-cost champions. All unlockable champions match the pools of their cost and have the same odds of appearing. The first shop after unlocking a champion guarantees a copy. The unlockable champions reset after each game. Every player can unlock the champions.

Two-Cost Champions

• Bard
  • Reroll four times before Stage two Carousel.
• Graves
  • Field a Twisted Fate with two items in combat.
• Orianna
  • Three Piltover or higher.
• Poppy
  • Field a Demacian or Yordle with two items in combat.
• Tryndamere
  • Field an Ashe with two items in combat.
• Yorick
  • Field a two-star Viego with two items in combat.

Three-Cost Champions

• Darius
  • Have Draven drop one gold.
• Gwen
  • Collect twenty souls.
• Kennen
  • Eight-star levels of Ionia, Yordle, or Defender.
• Kobuko & Yuumi
  • Six-star levels of Brawler, Yordle, or Invoker.

Four-Cost Champions

• Diana
  • Field a two-star Leona with three items in combat.
• Fizz
  • Field five Yordles or Bilgewater units and Level seven.
• Kai’Sa
  • Field a Longshot with three items in combat and Level eight.
• Kalista
  • Collect seventy-five souls.
• Nasus
  • Last two/three/four combats with Azir.
• Nidalee
  • Field two two-star Neekos in combat together.
• Renekton
  • Win two/three/four combats with Azir.
• Rift Herald
  • Have Void active for eight-player combats.
• Singed
  • Take thirty damage and four Zaunites or Juggernauts.
• Skarner
  • Field a non-tank with a Gargoyle’s Stoneplate in combat.
• Veigar
  • Field a unit with two Rabadon’s Deathcaps in combat.
• Warwick
  • Two-star Jinx & two-star Vi.
• Yone
  • Three-star Yasuo.

Five Cost Champions

• Aatrox
  • Field a unit with 40% omnivamp in combat and level eight.
• Galio
  • Twelve-star levels of Demacia.
• Mel
  • Two-star Ambessa with one item dies
• Sett
  • Level eight and field only one unit in the first two rows of combat.
• T-Hex
  • Nine Piltover star levels.
• Tahm Kench
  • Spend five hundred Silver Serpents
• Thresh
  • Collect one hundred and fifty souls.
• Volibear
  • Level eight and have a unit with 3800 health.
• Xerath
  • Alternate winning and losing three/four/five times with Azir.
• Ziggs
  • Field a Yordle or Zaunite with three items and level nine.

Seven Cost Champions

• Aurelion Sol
  • Field Targon five in combat.
• Baron Nashor
  • Level ten and Void seven.
• Brock
  • Collect five hundred Ixtal Clues total.
• Ryze
  • Field four region traits together in combat.
• Sylas
  • Sell a two-star Jarvan, a two-star Garen, and a two-star Lux.
• Zaahen
  • Get the Xin Zhao Champion Augment and field a three-star Xin Zhao for five rounds.

Teamfight Tactics Set 16 Release Date

The Set will go live on PBE on November 18th or 19th, depending on your region and will hit live servers on December 3rd.
