Once Human is a survival horror game, it is placed in a competitive field. It takes players to a new time and weird sandbox world that comes when a shadowy silver door is opened. After its opening, the world became polluted with Stardust, changing everything from the animals to the landscape. The dangers released in the world spun from science and mystery into horror, where players must survive under harsh conditions.
This apocalyptic world twists reality in an open-world environment with creatures from the furthest mysteries of the mind. These monsters from the underworld will do all they can to undermine you as you build your sanctuary against evil.
Once Human Brings You to World Of Stardust
You will have to use weapons of every kind and believe in your skills using them to fight your way around this extreme world. The cruel environment will do all it can to end you and humanity.
Players start out after the fall of humanity 30 years ago. Survivors scrounge for existence in any way they can as the stardust continues to twit reality, spin the mind, and warp the senses. This nightmare isn’t a dream, as you have sadly just woken up.
The first thing you see is a group of people called the “Beyonders.” They are one of the clans trying to survive. The other clans eating away at each other are the Rosetta clan, named after Rosetta Stone, who are upset with life through technology in heterospace.
Another group of rebels is the Mayfly of Beyonders, who have fled from Rosetta’s cruel hierarchy rule and are fighting back. Their goal is to restore the world and bring harmony through restoration.
A snowy domain to the north is the Column people. They are militaristic and wish to rebuild the world through the force of arms. Then there are the Furugaku Gumi, who set their hearts on riches and horde value and wealth.
Blackfell is the location of The Union, which spans from the Gobi desert to the Nalcott region. They hold the land rich with resources and oil that all other locations covet. This brings us to the last and most terrible group, the Vultures. They are hunters and live off the failing, bringing the worst out of humanity to feed off the desperate and wanting.
In this fallen world, you will have to cut down trees, build shelters, craft tools, and gather as many items of worth as possible to survive. Once Human is released, it will be playable on Steam services.
At launch, you will be able to select only a single character per account, so choose wisely. Once Human is cross-platform but not on Steam accounts, it cannot run on a Steam Deck at the moment. All those obstacles should be overcome with updates.

Those updates will later bring new challenges, creations, environments, and problems to overcome. Once Human is also a PvE and PvP, depending on your selected server, the game also has high demands on PC requirements, so check before purchasing.
