Black Myth: Wukong is a brand-new Action RPG that was released on 20 August 2024. It is a game rooted in Chinese Mythology and is based on the Classical Chinese Novel called “Journey to the West.’’ The game features a semi-open world with a ton of magnificent boss fights. There are also a lot of customization options and RPG elements that players can use throughout their journey. There are different armor sets and weapons as well. This article will go over every Legendary weapon that you can find in the game.
Legendary Weapons
The main weapon in Black Myth: Wukong is a Staff that can upgraded and crafted to different versions and tiers. Each Staff comes with a unique ability and playstyle, opening up build crafting options for players. There are five Legendary Weapons in the game and come with some amazing effects.
Bishui Beast Staff
Bishui Beast Staff can be unlocked by progressing through Chapter 5 of Black Myth: Wukong. This Staff comes with an Attack rating of 105 as well as a Critical Hit Chance of 10 percent. It is an upgrade to the Rat Sage Staff and requires players to defeat the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast. The boss can be found in a secret area of Chapter 5.
Spider Celestial Staff
The Spider Celestial Staff can be crafted as an upgrade to the Chitin Staff. This upgrade is available after players have defeated the Violet Spider Boss. This Staff has an Attack Rating of 85 and a Critical Hit Chance of 12 percent. It has a unique effect allowing successful Charged Heavy Attacks to recover health whenever a Focus Point is used. When a player is in a Poisoned state, each hit with the staff also inflicts Poison.
Spikeshaft Staff
Spikeshaft Staff has an Attack rating of 80 and comes with a unique effect allowing players to continuously gain Focus after seeing through the enemy. It is obtainable quite early in the game and players can craft it after completing Chapter 3 of Black Myth: Wukong.
Staff of Blazing Karma
Staff of Blazing Karma can be obtained in Chapter 5 of the game and players need to defeat three different bosses to obtain it. It is an upgrade to the Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff. It comes with an Attack rating of 100, a Defense rating of 40 as well as a Burn Resistance of 10. Its unique effect allows Charged Heavy Attacks while in Smash Stance that cost 3 or more Focus Points to leave a pool of lava on the ground.
Visionary Centipede Staff
Visionary Centipede Staff can be crafted as an upgrade to the Chitin Staff after completing Chapter 4 of Black Myth: Wukong. It has a unique effect allowing the use of Focus Points after a successful Charged Heavy Attack to recover health. If an enemy combatant is in a Poisoned state, the health recovery is greatly increased.
