The Final Shape expansion of Destiny 2 launched with the Prismatic subclass. This subclass brings nothing new but allows players to combine different Aspects and Fragments of other subclasses. This completely breaks the boundaries of buildcrafting potential. They are allowing players to have synergy with different subclasses while being on Prismatic. This article will go over the best build that Titans can have on the Prismatic subclass providing excellent damage and crowd control.
Exotics & Weapon
The Exotic Armor of choice for this build is Synthoceps. It is a powerful melee-centric Titan Exotic that comes with the intrinsic trait called Biotic Enhancements. This trait allows the users to gain increased Melee and Super damage when they are surrounded by combatants. It also provides improved weapon Handling as well as Reload Speed. Users can also use an Exotic Class Item that has the Spirit of Synthoceps available on it. They can combine it with other spirits to make this build much more potent. This build does not require any specific weapons, and players can use whatever they see fit.
Aspects & Fragments
The Aspects used for this build are Consecration and Knockout. Consecration is the heart of the build and is the main source for our crowd control. This Aspect allows the user to replace their Melee with a special ability that allows them to leap into the air and slam back into the ground. This creates a wave of Solar flames that Ignites nearby enemies. Knockout is a complimentary Aspect that will increase our Melee range and damage while also making us Amplified and restoring a portion of our health.
The following Fragments will be used for this build:
- Facet of Hope: Having an elemental buff, increase the charge rate of your Class ability.
- Facet of Protection: Surrounded by combatants make you resistant to incoming damage.
- Facet of Dawn: Powered Melee hits against enemy combatants make you Radiant.
- Facet of Awakening: Rapidly defeating combatants with Light or Darkness damage creates an elemental pickup, which provides ability energy.
- Facet of Purpose: Picking up an Orb of Power grants a defensive buff that depends on the subclass equipped.
- Facet of Ruin: Increases the damage of Solar Ignitions and Stasis Shatter effects.
Abilities & Armor Mods
Players can use any Grenade ability they want but Shackle Grenades are a nice choice as they provide an extra source of crowd control. Having Frenzied Blade as the Melee choice is essential to this build as it will allow us to have three charges of Consecration. Players can also use any class ability and Super of their choice. When focusing on Armor Mods players should use those that focus on Melee abilities.
- Head Mods: Elemental Siphon Mods and Hands-On.
- Arms Mods: Two Mods of Heavy Handed for Orbs of Power Generations.
- Chest Mods: Elemental Resistance Mods.
- Leg Mods: Weapon damage Mods based on the weapons players are using.
- Class Mods: Time Dilation Mod and Bomber.
