Imminence Overview
Imminence is a Lightweight Frame Submachine Gun that has Strand affinity. Lightweight frames are one of the best archetypes for PvE and are fairly decent in The Crucible. This weapon is also the first Strand Lightweight Frame Submachine Gun. This weapon has some amazing perk combinations that synergize well with the Strand subclass across Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans.
Imminence has 14 perk options, 7 on the left and 7 on the right. In the left column, we have the perk options of Demolitionist, Slice, Enlightened Action, Dynamic Sway Reduction, Pugilist, Perpetual Motion, and Fragile Focus. In the right column, we have Hatchling, Kill Clip, Chaos Reshaped, Target Lock, Desperate Measures, Firefly, and Strategist.
Imminence PvE God Roll
For PvE, there are a ton of good perks to choose from. Players also want to boost the Reload Speed as high as possible. For this players can use Corkscrew Rifling as a Barrel option, Flared Magwell as a Magazine option, and a Reload Speed masterwork. In the left column, the perks that players want to consider are Demolitionist and Pugilist. Both of these are ability regeneration perks where Demolitionist grants Grenade energy and Pugilist grants Melee energy.
In the right column, players can either lean into the fantasy of generating as much ability energy as possible or use a damage perk. Strategist is the ability regeneration perk that grants Class ability energy on kills. This synergizes well with both Demolitionist and Pugilist. Chaos Reshaped is a Raid exclusive perk and is one of the best damage-dealing perks in the game. It can boost the damage of the weapon by 35 percent while also granting periodic pulses of healing.
Imminence PvP God Roll
For The Crucible, Range is an extremely important stat and players must boost it as high as possible. For this purpose, players can use Hammer-Forged Rifling as a Barrel option, Accurized Rounds as Magazine options, and a Range masterwork. In the left column, Dynamic Sway Reduction is the best PvP perk option. It grants bonus Accuracy and Stability while you lay down on the trigger. It is an extremely potent perk for dueling.
In the right column of perks, Kill Clip is the best Crucible option. It states that reloading after getting a kill greatly increases the damage of the weapon for a short while. Kill Clip greatly relaxes the time to kill of this weapon. This combined with Dynamic Sway Reduction makes the weapon extremely reliable and deadly. Combined with how the Origin Trait of this weapon provides bonus Range and Handling makes it is one of the best Crucible Submachine Guns.

Imminence is the first-of-its-kind Lightweight Frame Strand Submachine Gun. It has some amazing perks and options for PvE and PvP. It can regenerate abilities at an insane rate. It can duel extremely well at high Range. The Origin Trait of this weapon is also extremely good, especially in The Crucible. It is a must-have weapon for any Guardian that plays PvE or duels in PvP.
