Destiny 2: Indebted Kindness God Roll Guide

Dungeons are one of the best activities in Destiny 2 and offer some of the best rewards in the game. Warlord’s Ruin Dungeon was released during Season of the Wish and came with some of the most unique weapons in the game. The most popular weapon from the bunch was Indebted Kindness. It comes with an exclusive Origin Trait called Sundering. This allows the weapons to gain bonus Reload Speed and a decrease in Charge Rate when destroying vehicles or constructs or breaking the target’s shields. Constructs include objects like barricades, turrets, and Stasis crystals.

Indebted Kindness was the first-ever Rocket-Assisted Sidearm in Destiny 2. It has Arc elemental affinity and access to perks that synergize well with the Arc subclass across Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans. This weapon frame is extremely popular in PvE and is rarely used in The Crucible.

Indebted Kindness comes with 12 perk options. In the left column, the perks available include Lead from Gold, Loose Change, Offhand Strike, Enlightened Action, Impulse Amplifier, and Beacon Rounds. In the right column, the perk options present on this weapon are Adagio, Deconstruct, Permeability, Surrounded, Voltshot, and Attrition Orbs.

PvE God Roll

For PvE, improving the Reload Speed of the weapon is essential. This can be achieved by using Hard Launch as the Barrel, High-Velocity Rounds as the Magazine option, and a Reload Speed Masterwork. Indebted Kindness is not Craftable so the perk options they get are entirely up to RNG. In the left column, there are plenty of good perk options while in the right column, only one perk is worth considering.

Lead from Gold is a left-column perk and is a great utility tool. It allows the weapon to gain ammunition even from Heavy ammo bricks. Rocket-Assisted Frame Sidearms have a great ammo economy and are often used as substitutes for Primary ammo weapons. Having this perk on the weapon can improve the ammo economy further. Impulse Amplifier is another great perk option to have. It improves the projectile velocity as well as increases the Reload Speed of the weapon.

Impulse Amplifier is the only perk that makes Indebted Kindness somewhat useable in The Crucible. It passively offers 35 percent projectile velocity, 20 Reload Speed, and a 0.85x Reload Speed multiplier. Loose Change is another great perk option. It massively increases the Reload Speed of the weapon when applying an elemental debuff on the enemy. This perk can only be used on this weapon when it is paired with Voltshot in the right column.

Voltshot is a right-column perk and is the only perk that players should go for. It synergizes well with the Arc subclass. Reloading after getting a kill with the weapon allows it to apply Jolt on the next shot. This counts as an elemental debuff and therefore synergizes with Loose Change in the left column.

  • Barrel: Hard Launch
  • Magazine: High-Velocity Rounds
  • Masterwork: Reload Speed
  • Left Perk: Lead from Gold, Impulse Amplifier, Loose Change
  • Right Perk: Voltshot
