Destiny 2 Vesper’s Host: VS Gravitic Arrest God Roll Guide

Vesper’s Host is the brand-new Dungeon in Destiny 2 that was released three days after the launch of Episode: Revenant. It is one of the best Dungeons that Bungie has ever created and takes place over the Europa destination. It also comes with a returning Exotic from the original Destiny game as well as 4 brand-new Legendary weapons. These weapons feature an exclusive Origin Trait called Bray Legacy. It allows the damage dealt by this weapon to generate ability energy for the ability that is close to full charge.

VS Gravitic Arrest is a Precision Frame Fusion Rifle that has Void affinity. Being a Void weapon, it has access to perks that synergize well with the Void subclass. Precision Frame Fusion Rifles are fairly decent in both PvE and PvP. Luckily, this weapon has some amazing perk options for both sandboxes.

This weapon can drop from all encounters of Vesper’s Host and feature 12 perk options. In the left column, this weapon has access to Demolitionist, To the Pain, Heating Up, Repulsor Brace, Unrelenting, and Under Pressure. In the right column, this weapon can get Successful Warm-Up, Chain Reaction, Fragile Focus, Kickstart, Closing Time, and Withering Gaze.

PvE God Roll

VS Gravitic Arrest works best when synergized with the Void subclass. Therefore, players should consider using Void perks on this weapon. Players should also aim to get the Range and Reload Speed of this weapon as high as possible. This can be achieved by using Smallbore as the Barrel perk, Liquid Coils as the Magazine option, and a Reload Speed Masterwork.

In the left column, players can either go for Demolitionist or Repulsor Brace. This depends on players’ choice of whether they want more ability energy or survivability. In the right column, Withering Gaze is a great perk option. It allows the weapon to weaken the enemy on hits after aiming down sight for a short time. This allows the weapon to not only deal more damage but synergize with the Void element.

  • Barrel: Smallbore
  • Magazine: Liquid Coil
  • Masterwork: Reload Speed
  • Left Perk: Repulsor Brace, Demolitionist
  • Right Perk: Withering Gaze

PvP God Roll

For PvP, players want to boost the Range of Gravitic Arrest as high as possible. This can be done by using Smallbore as the Barrel perk, Projection Fuse as the Magazine option, and Range Masterwork. In the left column, Under Pressure is present which is a must-have for Fusion Rifles. It increases the Accuracy and Stability of the weapon as the magazine gets lower.

This perk is greatly complimented by Closing Time in the right column. This perk also boosts Range and Accuracy as the magazine gets lower. Both of these perks combined make for a Fusion Rifle that has some insane stats. This will allow it to get one-shot kills in The Crucible with extreme ease.

  • Barrel: Smallbore
  • Magazine: Projection Fuse
  • Masterwork: Range
  • Left Perk: Under Pressure
  • Right Perk: Closing Time
