Disney Dreamlight Valley Confirms New Magical Realm Is On Its Way

Disney Dreamlight Valley Alice In Wonderland Update

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a cozy life simulation game where your dream of building your own life with classic Disney character neighbors can come true. In addition to the usual cozy game activities such as fishing, cooking, and decorating, you can also go on adventures to further the game’s overarching plot of freeing the Dream Castle. Now, a new realm is coming to further people’s Disney dreams.

While the official site for Disney Dreamlight Valley doesn’t yet have news of the new realm, “the developers are dropping hints about it coming soon,” according to comicbook.com. The new realm looks like it will be based on Alice in Wonderland, which could have all sorts of potential for weird exploration through locations such as the mushroom forests and the Queen of Hearts’ palace. A video the developers put out shows a tiny door, which might indicate that players can eat and drink stuff to shrink and grow, just like in the story.

Previous Disney Dreamlight Valley Updates

In February, the developers released the “Tales of Agrabah” realm, based on Aladdin. In it, players could solve the mystery of an artifact that created strong winds and sandstorms. They could enlist the help of familiar characters from the movie, and after the players completed the task, Aladdin and Jasmine would move into the Valley. Perhaps the Alice in Wonderland realm could involve a quest to save Wonderland from some sort of threat. Overthrowing the Queen of Hearts could be a fun task.

The Future of Disney Dreamlight Valley

In addition to the periodic free updates, the developers have put out two DLC packs: A Rift in Time and The Storybook Vale. The game shows no signs of slowing down any time soon, so we can expect more realms and possibly more DLC packs in the future. Realms based on some of the lesser-known Disney movies would have plenty of potential for both new adventures and for helping people to discover some of Disney’s underrated gems. Since Disney surveyed players about characters before, there’s a chance that anyone could show up in the valley.
