Worlds 2025: Bilibili Gaming Crashed out in Swiss Stage
No one had a more disappointing Worlds than Bilibili Gaming. They only faced one Eastern team, and still crashed out in the Swiss Stage. One of their losses came against the LTA third seed, 100 Thieves. The team crumbled as a unit, and they rarely seemed to be on the same page. The jungle honeymoon that they had used during the Summer Split did not come to fruition.
Worlds 2025: Bilibili Gaming Player Review

Bin
Total Apex rating – 6.0 (tied 10th among top laners, tied 38th among players)
Champions Played
- Jax (2)
- Renekton (2)
- K’Sante
- Ornn
- Rek’Sai
- Rumble
By Bin’s high standards, he did not perform. While he had struggled this year, many expected him to up his game for Worlds. He had a couple of games where he looked like the old Bin. Everyone is going to remember him dying solo to Dhokla after tanking the tower. He thought he had the winning play against Top Esports, but it turned out he baited his team to a defeat.
Shad0w
Total Apex rating – 5.3 (tied 13th among junglers, tied 61st among players)
Champions Played
- Xin Zhao (2)
- Naafiri
- Qiyana
- Trundle
- Vi
Shad0w’s first game of Worlds came against Fnatic. He ganked the Caitlyn and Morgana botlane twice to put BLG ahead. Overall, he had a dominant game. However, that did not continue as he would struggle against G2 Esports and Vivo Keyd Stars. He had better games in the Top Esports series, but he was subbed out at the end.
Beichuan
Total Apex rating – 3.5 (18th among junglers, 88th among players)
Champions Played
- Jarvan IV
- Wukong
Beichuan was the starting jungler for BLG’s first game of Worlds. The decision did not pay off as he had one of the worst performances of any player during Worlds. Shad0w took his place until the final games against Top Esports. Beichuan had little impact on the final game, but it was not due to his mistakes. 369 on Mordekaiser ulted him every fight, preventing Beichuan from contributing.
Knight
Total Apex rating – 6.3 (tied 5th among mid laners, tied 22nd among players)
Champions Played
- Ziggs (2)
- Aurora
- Galio
- LeBlanc
- Orianna
- Ryze
- Taliyah
Knight had the best performances throughout Worlds, not dissimilar to his 2025 year on the team. But even at his best during the tournament, Knight did not hit the same peaks we have seen from him before. His LeBlanc game against Vivo Keyd Stars encapsulated his tournament. He had multiple 1v9 fights, but also got caught on numerous occasions.
Elk
Total Apex rating – 5.9 (9th among bot laners, tied 44th among players)
Champions Played
- Xayah (2)
- Caitlyn
- Corki
- Ezreal
- Kai’Sa
- Sivir
- Yunara
Elk still has some of the best mechanics out of any ADC player. He displayed them during most of Worlds. However, he was not consistent enough to help BLG over the line. As a player who, at times, is considered the best ADC player in the world, he did not live up to those expectations.
ON
Total Apex rating – 4.8 (tied 15th among supports, tied 78th among players)
Champions Played
- Neeko (2)
- Rakan (2)
- Alistar
- Eilse
- Leona
- Poppy
ON had polarizing performances during Worlds. His Rakan against FNC and Neeko in the Top Esports series was prime ON. However, the rest of the tournament saw him getting caught out multiple times. Perhaps his plays of pretending his team is behind him to fake out the enemy are catching up to him. ON still has the ceiling, but he rarely reached that during Worlds.
Bilibili Gaming Team Review
The jungle support for BLG let them down during Worlds. As the linchpins behind their engagements and teamfights, neither role could deliver consistently. That may have been the reason why we saw Bin go for the desperation engagement that led to BLG’s exit. The team lacked cohesion and got punished by their opponents throughout. They had a surefire ticket to the Bracket Stage with their draw, but failed.
