Arcane is one of the best and most powerful stats in the game and is capable of instantly deleting bosses. However, a good Arcane build depends greatly on the weapon being used. Mohgwyn’s Sacred Spear
Mohgwyn’s Sacred Spear is a Remembrance weapon that is obtained after defeating Mohg. It is a Great Spear, which has a decent moveset but is pretty slow. It deals with Physical and Fire damage and scales primarily with Strength and Arcane. It is the longest Great Spear in the game, and its strength comes mainly from its Skill.
It has a Skill called Bloodboon Ritual. It will allow the player to thrust the Spear into the air three times. Each time, it will create an explosion of blood in a wide area. This explosion deals Fire damage as well as applies Blood loss on every enemy in the vicinity. This is one of the best weapons for inflicting Blood loss and this skill’s damage also scales with Arcane.
Eleonora’s Poleblade
Eleonora’s Poleblade is a Twinblade which are known for their quick moveset. The quick moveset of this weapon allows it to stack Blood Loss extremely quickly. This weapon deals Physical and Fire damage and scales with Dexterity and Arcane. This weapon also pairs well with Talismans like Winged Sword Insignia, further boosting its damage.
It comes with the skill called Bloodblade Dance. It allows the user to spin the weapon around in a dance that performs a flurry of attacks. Charging the skill allows for more attacks. This skill is extremely good, capable of staggering smaller enemies, as well as building up blood loss quickly.
Bloodfiend’s Arm
Bloodfiend’s Arm drops from Shadow of the Erdtree and might be the strongest weapon of the DLC. It is a Colossal Weapon that has a highly damaging but extremely slow moveset. It deals only Physical damage but scales with both Strength and Arcane. It has a unique heavy attack which allows it to spray blood. This allows it to afflict Blood loss status when using heavy attack.
This weapon comes with the Skill called Endure which reduces incoming damage for a short time. This skill is nothing special. The main appeal of the weapon comes from the fact that it can be infused with other Ashes of War, like Cragblade, which further increases the damage of this weapon. It can also be enhanced by other spells as well as other consumables. It has one of the highest Bleed buildups in the game and a few heavy attacks of this weapon are capable of instantly deleting the toughest bosses in the game.
