Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost: Jurassic Green God Roll Guide

Festival of the Lost is the Destiny 2 annual Halloween celebration. It features the return of Eva Levante as the vendor. She brings back new armor sets, new cosmetics, as well as brand-new weapons each year. There are currently five weapons that are exclusive to the Festival of the Lost. All these weapons come with an Origin Trait called Search Party. This is an exclusive Trait and allows the weapon to get faster aim down sight speeds and movement speed when no allies are near.

Jurassic Green is a Rapid-Fire Frame Pulse Rifle from Festival of the Lost that has Solar affinity. Rapid-Fire frames are extremely fun to use in both PvE and PvP. This weapon also comes with great perk options that synergize well with the Solar subclass across Warlocks, Hunters, and Titans. There are also great dueling perks for The Crucible.

This weapon comes with 14 perk options. In the left column, this weapon can roll with the perks of Closing Time, Lone Wolf, Loose Change, Keep Away, Heal Clip, Rangefinder, and Subsistence. In the right column, this weapon has the option of Under Pressure, Kill Clip, Adrenaline Junkie, Desperate Measures, Frenzy, Headseeker, and Incandescent.

PvE God Roll

For PvE, players want to boost the Reload Speed and a slight Range of Jurassic Green. Players should opt for Smallbore as the Barrel perk, Flared Magwell, and a Reload Speed Masterwork. This weapon performs best when synergizing with the Solar Subclass. Therefore, in the left column, players should go with Heal Clip. It allows reloading after getting a kill to grant a cure to self.

Cure is a Solar verb that grants the player some amount of health. In the right column, Incandescent is a no-brainer. It is a Solar perk that allows kills with the weapons to cause enemies to explode. This explosion causes Scorch damage to nearby enemies. Causing enough Scorch triggers an Ignition which deals a large explosion causing significant damage.

  • Barrel: Smallbore
  • Magazine: Flared Magwell
  • Masterwork: Reload Speed
  • Left Perk: Heal Clip
  • Right Perk: Incandescent

PvP God Roll

For The Crucible, players want to boost the Range of the weapon as high as possible. This can be achieved by using Smallbore as the Barrel perk, Ricochet Rounds as the Magazine option, and a Range Masterwork. In the left column, there are two perk options that players must consider, Keep Away and Lone Wolf. Keep Away grants a boost to Range and Accuracy when no enemies are nearby. Lone Wolf grants the same bonuses but requires that no allies are nearby.

In the right column, Headseeker is without a doubt the best perk option. It is the best dueling perk for Rapid-Fire Pulse Rifles. It allows body shots with the weapon to increase the headshot damage while also increasing the aim assist of the weapon. This helps in relaxing the time to kill the weapon, allowing players to land more body shots and still score a kill with Jurassic Green.

  • Barrel: Smallbore
  • Magazine: Ricochet Rounds
  • Masterwork: Range
  • Left Perk: Keep Away, Lone Wolf
  • Right Perk: Headseeker
