Developer Mega Cat Studios takes gamers through a new look at the Five Nights At Freddy’s universe in their latest 2D Adventure Horror Five Nights At Freddy’s Into The Pit. Inspired by the story of the same name from the mystery horror anthology Fazbear Frights written by game creator Scott Cawthon and various writers. You play as Oswald, a lonely sixth-grader forced to spend his days waiting for his father to get out of work at Jeff’s Pizza, a rundown pizzeria that’s become as lifeless as the small town he lives in.
A Welcome Change
Five Nights At Freddy’s Into The Pit is a welcome change for the Five Nights At Freddy’s franchise as it’s giving new life to the series in a simplistic 2D form. No longer strapped to a desk watching cameras, players now get to explore 2 new worlds and 2 different times in a beautiful yet haunting 2D environment. The game is already receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam from gamers all over the world.
A New Story
As he is waiting for his father, Oswald overhears a family discussing a secret ball pit that’s been roped off and marked as off-limits. Piquing his curiosity, Oswald decides to find this “secret ball pit” and play a prank on his father by hiding in the ball pit to try to teach his father a lesson about leaving his son in such a “creepy place.” After a few moments, Oswald emerges from the ball pit and finds himself transported to another time when Jeff’s Pizza is no longer a rundown pizzeria. Instead, Oswald finds himself in a now lively arcade with pizza, birthday parties, and an animatronic band performing for little kids called Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.
Time Travel, Puzzles, Secrets, and Minigames
As players explore Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, they learn that not only have they been transported to a different place, but they are now in a different time. Taking place in both the 2010s and 1985, players must utilize time travel through the ball pit to find clues, solve puzzles, and do everything they can to save their own lives and the lives of their family, friends, and children from their past.

There are 5 different endings players can get in Five Nights At Freddy’s Into The Pit, all of which depend on the way you play the game. Each decision players make throughout the five nights spent in Oswald’s time-bending journey can change the outcome of their game from something as simple as ignoring quick time events to finding and collecting secret items.
