What to Do With Each Kind of Survivor Status

Your main objective in Quarantine Zone is to check survivors for symptoms of zombie infection and categorize them by allowing them to pass, sending them to quarantine, or denying their entry. To determine any of this, you must check each survivor thoroughly for any symptoms that may indicate infection, and each different symptom has a different survivor status attached, which will help you determine if a survivor is infected. Here is what each survivor status means:
- Good to Go: Safe to allow the survivor to pass through the checkpoint.
- Possibly Infected: Send the survivor to quarantine to monitor their symptoms further.
- Infected: Deny entry.
The decisions you make about where to send each survivor are crucial. Most of the time, it can be pretty easy to tell whether a survivor is infected or not. Each symptom is pretty distinct in how it appears on a survivor’s body. However, other times, symptoms can be hidden or really difficult to tell what they are just by looking at them. The various tools you receive throughout the tutorial can help you determine where to send survivors, so it is recommended that you utilize all of them during your checks.
In Quarantine Zone, it is always better to be safe than sorry, as sending an infected through the checkpoint into the safezone will be an automatic loss, so if you’re unsure about a survivor’s symptoms, send them into quarantine. Sending survivors into quarantine won’t kill them, and it will give you some more time to see if an infection will develop in a survivor.
