Destiny 2 features many exciting Legendary and Exotic weapons for players to grind and obtain. There are different categories of weapons, each having some great weapon options. Drang is a sidearm that has been re-introduced in the game various times. It is considered one of the best Sidearm in the game with perks, making it a must-have in both PvE and PvP. It is also a Craftable weapon, meaning players can craft their own God roll once the pattern is unlocked. Here is how players can get this Legendary Sidearm.
How to Obtain
Drang was first introduced in season one of Destiny with another version being released in Season of the Opulence. A few years later, it made its return in Season of the Haunted this time with some amazing perk options. This Sidearm used to drop from the seasonal activities of Season of the Haunted. However, the season has been sunset and there is only one reliable way to obtain this Sidearm.
All the weapons that were related to Season of the Haunted were transferred to the loot pool of the Presage Exotic Mission. This mission can be found once it is rotated in the Exotic Mission Rotator. If it is not in the rotation, players will need to wait a few weeks till it is back in rotation. Once in rotation, players can farm this Exotic Mission over and over. Presage is not a difficult Exotic Mission and can be completed in about less than 20 minutes.
Completing Presage will give the players a chance to obtain this weapon. If players are lucky enough, they can also get a red-border Drang to drop. If players collect 5 red borders of this weapon, they will be able to craft this weapon. The Xur vendor in the Tower also has a chance to sell this weapon. However, this version of Drang will always have a static roll and will not drop with a red border. Players can still use Deepsight Harmonizer, however, to convert it into a red-border drop.
Drang Overview
Drang is a 300 RPM Legendary Sidearm that has Solar affinity. It has some amazing perk options that synergize extremely well with the Solar subclass. It performs extremely well in The Crucible thanks to its intrinsic high stats. The gun also has great dueling perks which makes the shots from this weapon accurate.
This weapon comes with 12 perks options. In the left column, players can get Eye of the Storm, Wellspring, Quickdraw, Well-Rounded, Moving Target, and Disruption Break. In the right column, the perk options are Swashbuckler, Rampage, Turnabout, Incandescent, Zen Moment, and Vorpal Weapon.
