Killing Floor 3 And It’s Triumphant Return.

Killing Floor 3

Killing Floor 3 is back; Their specialists have honed a unique set of skills and abilities to turn the tide, with a multitude of merciless weapons and gadgets that melt through Zeds, as well as the new ability to dash and climb across the carnage.

The next evolution in the first-person action horror franchise, Killing Floor 3 resurrects the gut-churning combat the series is famed for, putting up to six co-op players against waves of enemies across a variety of maps. Reared and released by the “megacorp Horzine”, frenzied swarms of bio-engineered creatures stalk the streets. The only hope humanity has of stopping them is the rebel faction Nightfall. Gear up, customize your load-out, and get even before what’s left is lost to the darkness.

Killing Floor 3 is a killer good time of a game. Enjoy this 3rd installment of the hack-and-slash first-person shooter (FPS) that had friends alike running and screaming from one side of the map to the other. The Zeds in Killing Floor 2 seemed almost impossible so I can only imagine how hard these next ones are going to be. Just like its predecessors, Killing Floor 3 will be a game of what seems like endless waves of zeds coming at you by the masses, leaving one option: survive.

Now I know you’re wondering; the last two games had new zeds added to the game, including some special infected ones or just harder zeds to deal with in general. With the waves coming one after the other, the Zeds get stronger, and more Zeds of all sizes and abilities come swarming at you.

One of the new Zeds is called “Cist,” and it’s pretty much your basic Zed, just another nasty variant of it. Another Zed introduced is the “Skrake,” and he is a bio-mechanic Zed infused with tech in his body and equipped with a massive grappling claw used to reel in his prey to deliver the killing blow with his massive chainsaw attached to this newly added Zed’s arm.

Tons Of New Weapons To Choose From

As of now, there are a little over 20 weapons at the start of the game to choose from, with many more to be purchased in-game, just like the last installments. It will feature some of your favorite weapons, both old and new, like the “sword” used in Killing Floor 2 or the classic “pump-shotgun”. With only six specialists confirmed so far, there is no telling what the direction of the game will be with adding more specialists on launch day or if it may be DLC-related. With all the speculation in the air since nothing has been set in stone since their release date got postponed, but now Killing Floor 3 is looking stronger then ever.

When Can I Rage Out?

The developers for Killing Floor 3 wanted to ensure that the game would be pushed out with maximum effort and efficiency to avoid what happened with Killing Floor 2 since they had to rush the release date due to almost going bankrupt. But now that the developers have the funding to produce the next installment, they want to cover every inch possible to give the players the best experience possible. Unfortunately, without a confirmed release date, we are looking to be playing Killing Floor 3 sometime in 2025, apart from its initial release date on March 25, 2025.

Between all the new weapons, maps, and zeds to come to the killer new line up of Killing Floor 3, this is only adding fuel to the fire being lit underneath fans’ seats who are just itching to play the game now more than ever. Stay tuned and be on the lookout for what the developers at “Tripwire Interactive” are up to.
