Strategies
Loki is one of the more difficult characters to master in the game. The strategy for this character centers around the placement of illusions. It isn’t enough simply to cast them. An illusion doesn’t do much good if your opponent can easily follow where you are. With that said, it is often difficult to decipher what is a doppelganger and what isn’t. They can be used in a variety of ways. You can use them defensively to escape battle or surprise opponents with aggression or his Backstab ability.
Placement doesn’t just matter for the illusions. The Regeneration Field and even his ultimate can fall flat if not positioned well. More than most characters, Loki requires pinpoint placement. His lower health can be an issue if you overextend yourself and mismanage the illusions; you can be sent back to respawn quickly.
Final Thoughts
Loki is a difficult character to master but very rewarding if you do. Sneak around the map, confusing opponents with your bag of tricks, and pop out at the right time to take out your opponents.
