Many have found their player’s niche with Overwatch 2 and have enjoyed making their name by playing some of their favorite characters. Overwatch 2 isn’t like most shooting games as it offers a roster of almost 40 characters to choose from, each with their own special abilities and roles. These aren’t just the same type of character in different skins, as each appears, plays, and moves completely differently. Now, Overwatch 2 has shaken things up, adding a new character for selection: the Overwatch 2 heroes welcome Juno and her healing abilities to their team.
Overwatch 2 Tips The Scale In Character Gameplay
Overwatch 2 is a hero shooter game that sets good vs evil divided between two teams where each has the opportunity to select a hero of classes. Characters are organized into classes of damage, support, or tank. Every one of them adds and has a unique set of skills of active, passive, and ultimate abilities.
Overwatch 2 boils down to being a player-versus-player game set across different modes and maps. As teams are drawn up, players select a hero of their choice and are balanced. Juno has joined the team now as a support class healer and is the 41st hero to be added to the game.
Our newest hero traveled to Mars with her father in her youth and has now come home, finding it a world in conflict that needs her skills. Once she lands, she finds that she has trouble adjusting to Earth’s atmosphere and gravity. She hurts those who cross the line but mostly applies her healing ability and supports her team, striving just beyond the enemy’s reach.
The Space Ranger’s Abilities
Healing And Regeneration
Juno adds style to her game by focusing on verticality. She has a passive ability to quickly regenerate health and reduces the time before passive health regeneration starts, which is 5 to 2.5 seconds after taking damage.
Along with her cute overall appearance, she sports some Martian Overboots that allow her to hover in the air over the storm of battle below her. This also helps her glide, falling slowly down. He sports a Mediblaster, which is her primary weapon. She can deal damage to her enemies with it or heal her comrades, speeding them on their way.
Space Weaponry
Juno can use Pulsar Torpedoes. These secondary fire items lock on and home on to all those around it, damaging foes and healing friends. Another ability is her Glide Boost, which lets her glide horizontally with increased movement speed. The third ability is her Hyper Ring. When she activates it, a large transparent ring appears, increasing the movement speed of allies passing through it.
All Overwatch 2 players strive to build and perfectly use their Ultimate Ability. Juno’s ultimate ability is an Orbital Ray that travels forward when she calls it down, healing allies and increasing their damage, making things messy for the other team.
Juno’s trailer depicts her coming to Earth with other Overwatch heroes looking on in awe, watching her tiny spaceship. Upon landing, she immediately goes to work. She grabs her gun and floats, hovering, dancing in the air as she shows off all her various abilities.
Juno Will Land In August
Juno will reveal herself in Season 12 starting August 20. The next best-loved Martian will be a great addition to any team, bringing mercy to friends, and foes will feel the stink as she hovers around. Help her fill her unique role with your team working together, attacking, defending, or controlling the objectives and bringing home the victory. See you on the battlefield!
