Interesting QBs to Target in Madden 25

Madden 25

The football season is a quarter complete, and QBs get better and worse throughout the season. Madden 25 ratings, of course, matter when evaluating quarterbacks to target. Due to recent performances, some ratings have dipped from the onset. The potential for these younger QBs is starting to show after each game, and they will be targets to look at in the future. A few teams are also dealing with backup QBs or unsure of who the starter is yet. If you’re playing the game, here are the players you should look to use.

The QBs To Target

One QB who has taken a huge leap this season is Sam Darnold, and while being only a 74 overall he has led the Minnesota Vikings to an undefeated season so far. Darnold has moved up already 1 overall point this season and if he continues his rating is bound to keep improving. An 80 rating in speed, 81 in agility, and 86 in stamina makes him one of the more elusive QBs in the game. Being a long-term backup QB, Darnold is proving to be a QB to watch this year.

Jared Goff is sitting above 80 at 82 overall now after improving 3 points this year. While not one of the flashiest Quarterback in the league, Goff is a perfect system QB and is ideal for a beginner player. Having a 90 rating in both injury and stamina, he is one of the most reliable Quarterbacks in the game. After a strong season last year, the Detroit Lions have plenty of weapons for Goff to throw to.

The rookie Quarterback Jayden Daniels is shocking everyone right now, at 79 overall he has risen 3 points and has led Washington to a 4-1 record. Daniels has consistent ratings near 90 in speed, agility, jumping, injury, and stamina, but an extremely low 59 rating in strength. He has proven to be the most impressive in his draft class and his style of play makes him a fun QB to play with.

Conclusion

These are obviously not the highest-rated QBs in the game, but the potential of the Quarterbacks listed is undeniable. Another notable veteran Quarterback to target is Joe Flacco, who just recently got another opportunity to step up after Anthony Richardson got hurt. Madden 25 is updating the rating every week and the way the season is going so far these QBs are on the rise.

The game itself may have its quirks but Madden 25 is a top football game. Most of the season still remains, and injuries can happen at any moment taking a Quarterback out for the year. Being probably the most important position on the team the QB has a lot of pressure from fans, teammates, and coaches. All 3 of the Quarterbacks named have had excellent starts to their season, and it is shaping up to be not as great for the typical star Madden 25 Quarterbacks. Teams like the Bengals, Cowboys, and Jets have had a rough start with their star Quarterbacks in the first 5 games.
